  1. payments via Ko-fi, Ko-fi commissions, Wise or Stripe are made 50% after the sketch and 50% after completion; or 100% after the sketch, depending on the client's choice;

  2. orders take about 1 day to 1 week to be completed, depending on the complexity. if I think it will take longer than that, I will let you know in advance;

  3. if you want urgent delivery (within less than 5 days), an additional fee will be charged, listed under 'PRICES' > 'ADD-ONS';

  4. the finished piece will be delivered via the client's preferred chat through a drive link (to preserve image quality) or by email;

  5. DO NOT remove my watermark under any circumstances. DO NOT edit my work (unless you have my permission). NONE of my artworks can be used for AI or NFT purposes;

  6. commercial use (such as sales, book covers, or direct monetization in streaming) is only allowed by prior agreement with an additional +15% of the total artwork price;

  7. i reserve the right to decline the commission if i feel uncomfortable or in cases of disrespect;

  8. please be aware that i have the right to post the drawing process on all my social media. if this is an issue, let me know in advance;

  9. about refunds: 100% refund if i haven't started or am still in the sketch stage / 50% refund if i've already started painting / no refunds after the painting is finished until the commission is fully completed;

  10. changes to the commission are allowed, but if the change is too drastic, an additional fee will be charged separately;
