  1. Payments are accepted via pix, PayPal, or ko-fi. They occur as 50% right after the sketch and 50% upon completion; or 100% after the sketch, client's decision. For sketch-only commissions, payment is mandatory before the sketch is started, for security;

  2. Orders take about 1 day to 2 weeks to be finished, depending on the difficulty. If I think I will take longer than this time period, I will notify in advance;

  3. If you want urgent delivery (in less than 5 days), an additional fee will be charged, listed in 'prices' > 'add-ons';

  4. The order will be delivered via the client's chosen chat through a drive link (maintaining image quality) or email;

  5. Do not remove my watermark under any circumstances. Do not edit my work (unless you have my permission). None of my art can be used for AI or NFTs;

  6. Commercial use (such as selling, book covers, product promotion, or direct monetization in streaming use) is only allowed upon prior agreement with an addition of +15% of the total art price;

  7. I have the option to refuse the order if I do not feel comfortable or in cases of disrespect;

  8. I retain the right to post the final art and its process on my social media. If the client wants the project to be kept confidential, it is important to notify me in advance to avoid any future issues;

  9. Regarding refunds: 100% refund if I haven't started or am at the sketch stage / 50% refund after I have started painting / no refund after painting is finished until the commission is complete;

  10. Changes to the order will be accepted, but if the change is too drastic, an additional fee will be charged separately;
