how to comm me?

  1. first, it's important that the customer reads the terms; this way, they'll have more information about payment methods, deadlines, refunds, and how my orders work. this helps avoid future problems and misunderstandings.

  2. the customer can view samples of my previous artworks and commissions in the gallery, where they’ll see examples of rendered art, base colors, and lineart only.

  3. with knowledge of the prices and terms, the customer can contact me via: email and/or social media (twitter/x, instagram, or discord)

  4. the customer is provided with the trello site, where they can track the current status and progress of their order, along with direct information about my working hours.

  5. if the customer has questions, they can clarify them using the contact methods mentioned above.

˗ˏˋ ꒰ TERMS ꒱ ˎˊ˗

  • payments are accepted via paypal, ko-fi, or wise; 50% is paid after the draft and 50% after completion, or 100% after the draft, at the client’s discretion; for draft orders, payment is mandatory before the draft begins for security;

  • orders take approximately 1 day to 3 weeks to complete, depending on difficulty. if i anticipate taking longer than this period, i will notify you in advance;

  • if you want urgent delivery (within less than 5 days), an additional fee will be charged, listed under 'prices' > 'add-ons';

  • the order will be delivered via the chat platform chosen by the client through a drive link (maintaining image quality) or email;

  • do not remove my watermark under any circumstances. do not edit my work (unless you have my permission). none of my artworks may be used for ai or nfts;

  • commercial use (such as sales, book covers, product promotion, or direct monetization in streaming) is only permitted with prior agreement and an additional +15% of the total artwork value;

  • i reserve the right to decline an order if i feel uncomfortable or in cases of disrespect;

  • i retain the right to post the final artwork and its process on my social media. if the client wishes to keep the project confidential, it is important to inform me in advance to avoid any future issues;

  • refunds: 100% refund if the order has not yet started or is still in the draft stage / 50% refund after painting has begun / 0% refund after painting is completed or if the order is finished;

  • revisions to the order will be accepted, but if the revision is very drastic, an additional fee will be charged separately;
